Building Energy Performance Certificate

Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs); It refers to the document which has been made mandatory to be obtained as per "Regulation on Energy Performance in Buildings" dated December 5th, 2008 according to the "Energy Efficiency Law" No. 5627 published on May 5th, 2007. The EPCs should be created until 2017 for the buildings which were completed before 2011.

With this document, you can see your building's cooling, heating, fresh hot water production, ventilation, insulation and lighting energy performances separately and you can get information on your building's energy performance class and greenhouse gas emissions. In light of these information, “Efficiency Increasing Projects (EPCs)”  developed by our EVD Company EMAR may gain financial income with less consumption without disrupting projects and comfort by increasing your building's energy class and you can contribute to environment and nature with less CO2 release. In addition, you can increase the value of your building by increasing the energy performance class.

Our company EMAR which performs its works with this purpose issues Energy Performance Certificates for your buildings with its EPCs Experts and its authorization certificate taken from the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.
